This is where you’ll find all the important details about how things work—like placing orders, making payments, and cancellations. Order Placement & Customization

All orders are custom-made, and I sometimes book up to a month in advance. While I may be able to accommodate last-minute requests, I can’t guarantee availability, so it’s always best to reach out as early as possible. To help me create exactly what you’re looking for, please provide as many details as possible when submitting the inquiry form. I recommend submitting your order at least 14 days in advance, but the more information you give, the better I can bring your vision to life!


Pricing & Payment

After discussing the details of your order, I will provide a personalized quote, which will be valid for 3 days. To complete your order, full payment is required within those 3 days. After this period, the quote will be canceled, and the spot will be made available to other customers. Please note, availability is not guaranteed after the 3-day period.

For events scheduled more than 3 months in advance, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one month before the event. View the pricing detail page


Cancellations & Changes

Once your order is confirmed, any cancellations incur a 20% fee, or 25% if made within 7 days of the event. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

The cancellation fee helps cover the time and resources already dedicated to your order. Once a custom order is confirmed, it’s reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations can impact scheduling, planning, and the opportunity to accept orders from other customers.

Any design changes after confirmation may incur additional charges. If you need to make changes, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the details.

In rare cases where I must cancel your order (e.g., illness, emergencies), you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule if possible.


Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within 75 miles for an additional fee. Most of the time, I rely on my trusted delivery drivers, but occasionally, I may personally deliver your order. You can also choose to pick up your order from Feasterville Trevose, PA 10953, at the scheduled time.

For pickups, please let me know your estimated arrival time—without prior notice, you might need to wait 15-20 minutes, and no compensation will be provided for the waiting time.

Once the order leaves my hands, I’m not responsible for any damage that may occur, so please make sure someone is available to handle and transport it safely. For more details on how to care for your cake, please refer to our cake-care instructions


Tastings

I currently do not offer tastings, as I take on a limited number of custom orders each week, and everything is made fresh to order. I’ve received wonderful feedback from my customers, and many of them return for future orders. Rest assured, your order will be made with the same care and attention to detail!

Although I do not offer tastings, customers are welcome to place a small order of cupcakes or cake pops in their desired flavors as a trial.


Allergies & Ingredients

Little Treat is a home-based business, and I take great care to exclude nuts and nut products from my baking ingredients. While I sanitize all equipment and surfaces in contact with each order, I cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Please let me know ahead of time if you have any allergies so I can take extra care when preparing your order. To confirm your understanding, I require a signed acknowledgment form agreeing that, despite my best efforts, I cannot provide a completely nut-free guarantee. Thank you for your understanding and support!


Return

All cakes and treats are made to order using the finest ingredients. Due to the custom nature of each order, I cannot accept returns. If you have any issues with your order upon pickup or delivery, please contact me immediately so I can address your concerns.


Photographs of Orders

I reserve the right to take and use photographs of your order for marketing and portfolio purposes.


Insurance Certificate Requests

If your venue requires proof of liability insurance, please let me know as soon as possible. I can provide a certificate upon request to ensure compliance with venue policies. Additional fees may apply if specific requirements or changes to my insurance coverage are needed to meet the venue’s guidelines.


Design Adjustments

Designs may vary slightly from photos or references due to artistic interpretation, color matching, and material availability. I will make every effort to stay true to the agreed-upon concept.


Outdoor Event Disclaimer

Cakes and treats displayed outdoors are subject to environmental factors such as heat, humidity, and insects. I am not responsible for any damage caused by outdoor conditions.


Event Setup

Please have a designated area ready for setup before the delivery or arrival of your order. Since most orders will be delivered by my trusted delivery partners, I don’t typically assist with setup. However, if you need help, let me know in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
