How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply fill out the inquiry form on our website with all the details about your event, preferred flavors, and any design ideas. I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days to confirm availability and finalize your order.


How far in advance should I place my order?

To guarantee availability, I recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for custom designs. However, I sometimes book 1-2 months in advance, so feel free to inquire, and I can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders.


What flavors and fillings do you offer?

We offer a selection of classic, delicious flavors such as Vanilla, Chocolate, and Red Velvet. You can choose from fillings like Strawberry Jam, Lemon Curd, Caramel, Cream Cheese, and Oreo Cream. For more details, check out our flavors page


Do you offer delivery?

Yes, I offer delivery within 75 miles for an additional fee. Most of the time, I use trusted delivery drivers, but sometimes I may personally deliver your order. You can also choose to pick up your order from Feasterville Trevose, PA 19053.


What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Any cancellations incur a 20% fee, or 25% if made within 7 days of the event. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

The cancellation fee helps cover the time and resources already dedicated to your order. Once a custom order is confirmed, it’s reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations can impact scheduling, planning, and the opportunity to accept orders from other customers.

In rare cases where I must cancel your order (e.g., illness, emergencies), you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule if possible.


Can I make changes to my order after it’s confirmed?

Any design changes after confirmation may incur additional charges. If you need to make changes, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the details.


Do you offer cake tastings?

At this time, I don’t offer cake tastings, as I take on a limited number of custom orders each week, and everything is made fresh to order. However, you can find details about my flavors here, and customer reviews are available link to reviews.


What are your payment terms?

A full deposit is required to confirm your order. For events scheduled more than 3 months in advance, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one month before the event. I accept payments via Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and etc.


Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer gluten-free or allergy-specific cakes at this time. I truly appreciate your understanding!


How do I care for my cake?

Once your order leaves my hands, I’m not responsible for any damage during transport, so please make sure someone is available to handle it carefully. For more detailed care instructions, please visit our Cake Care Instructions page.


How do I know if you’re available for my event date?

I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days after you submit your inquiry to confirm availability. If I’m already booked for that date, I’ll let you know right away.


Can I choose a custom cake design?

Yes! Custom cake designs are my specialty. Just share your ideas and vision, and I’ll work with you to create something special for your event.


How much will my cake cost?

The cost of your cake depends on several factors, including size, design, flavor, and any customization requests. Once I receive your inquiry and have more details about your order, I’ll provide a personalized quote. Visit our pricing page for a starting price idea!


What if the cake is out of my budget?

I understand that budgets can be tight, and I’m happy to work with you to find a solution that fits. If you have a budget in mind, let me know, and I can suggest a design, size, or flavor that works within your range.


How much is delivery?

Delivery is available within a 75-mile radius for an additional fee. The exact cost depends on the distance. Once I have the details of your order with delivery location, I’ll provide a customized delivery quote.


Are there any non-edible items in the cakes?

Some designs may include non-edible elements, such as toppers, floral arrangements, or decorative balls and most tiered cakes have a wooden dowel or straws in the center for stability. Please remove all non-edible items before serving, and avoid putting your face directly into the cake!

I’lll let you know if there are any non-edible items in your cake so you can handle it with care. Once I’ve informed you, I’m not responsible for any accidents that may occur.


Can you match a cake design I found online?

I won’t replicate another baker’s work exactly but can create something similar with my own twist.


Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! I can add special packaging or gift tags for an additional fee. Let me know if it’s a gift when submitting the inquiry form


Can I get a design mock-up before you start the cake?

I don’t typically provide design mock-ups, but I’ll work closely with you to finalize all the details before starting.


Do you offer rush orders?

If my schedule allows, I can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests. Additional fees may apply for rushed timelines.
